GE Logiq 9 op panel problem

Hi!
I have problem with logiq 9.
Two years the unit was not working: video card burned and there were problems with the motherboard.
I completely changed the whole BEP 3.5. System work, but the right side of the console with buttons to adjust modes: freeze, zoom, b-mode, cw-mode, etc. do not work, although the keyboard with letters and trackball work without problems.
When I stick usb cable op panel, in a different inputs in bep, appears on the screen with a message that the system has detected a new device prompts to install the driver, i choose the automatic installation, but the system says that the driver was not found.
On the new BEP software 7.0.5. I took the hard drive from the old BEP and put in a new BEP, and reinstalled the software 7.0.4. When I install Windows, the system is also reported that on one device it can not find the driver, I think it's again about the op panel. After installing the software 7.0.4, the situation repeated.
Doctors claim that before failure to video everything worked.
Maybe i need to stick to a certain input to usb connector op panel?

Did you install the exact same BEP, and did you re-install the exact same software. I know the logiq 9 panels are specific for software level and BEP level.

Yes, i think the problem really in diffrent version bep. I try to change videocard and write about results

my friend the touch panel for the BEP 3.XX is diferent than the one for the BEP4. you need to make sure is the correct one. rey@allultrasoundservices.com
