one of my customers are looking for solution of operational problem. he said it might have problem on Titan Assembly (P/N:2197212-Titan Assembly). how can it be fixed? Need to replace spare one? Thank you for your advise.

What exactly the problem he faced??
What error code he had on the console??
I need to make sure that the problem is in the TITAN then we can fix it or replace it.

So did you check the two LEDs in the TITAN??
What are their status??
Did the console touch scree power up or not (ofcourse with no data i mean the lighting of the scree).
After your reply i can know whether it is the CPU or harddisk or something else.
Hello in tha TITAN there are two led One red and One yellow if during boot yellow led stay alwsys on You are problem on the titan you need to reload software normally led yellow off and green led on

If you are sure that the Titan is defunct you have to replace it. But if there is a good computer Hardware engineer you can get it repaired. But get it confirmed from your customer that the Titan is bad.

connect laptop serial port to COM1 of the TITAN which is in the top. Connect thro AdvantixE terminal. You should see the DOS prompt C:\>. Type DIR. you should see the files in HDD. if this test passes your CPU board, HDD etc are okay. The problem may be with BIU board or the Serial board inside the TITAN.

CPU of this Assembly is defective. Total itself is like independent PC. System canât boot up without this assembly working properly.
