when i do detailed calibration an error message pop up...it says detailed calibration error please retry.. when i check the error log this is the error.. host: sbco, error:200001320, function: system control, failure sending event 3110 using event router. the event router received an event that had no primary receiver registered...the event router detected that one of the primary receivers was out of service...
does anyone encounter this.our machine is a ct/i hispeed advantage and an octane system..thanks for the help...

Hello Marivic, I don't see enough information. DSid other errors occur at the same time?
When problems occur it is best to try multiple task and report the results.
1. tube warm up all ok.
2. Phantom scan results
GE systems generate multiple errors and the first is typically the most important.
You do understand when viewing a GE error log you need to view all.
Have you looked under ezlog open a shell go through all and let us know.
