GE CTe XG error phase is 4 code is 60

Run the no load KV test on system to make sure its the tube. Usually that error can be caused by the HV tank.

Probably your tube is gone. 90% chance
If not, the problem is with other part in the Generator like HV Tank or KV Control

The most probable cause for this error is tube. The second possibility is HV tank. The third possibility is KV control board. If tube is old then check by changing the tube.
