Error: "System controller nor responding" ATL UM9-HDI

I have the problem with ATL Ultramark 9 HDI. After turning on the system gives the error message: "System controller not responding". What is the possible reason of this problem and how can I solve it?

you have the coktrol all elektronik control boards and my be it's a sofrtware problem. i have software and i can send email to.
