These error codes are during the initial power-on tests of the main computer cahssis. The fact that many tests are failing indictaes probably a power supply failure.

I got this error when I turn CTe OC ON, (not always, but often)
POWER ON TEST

msg from oc
Unknown user: informix
DBPCI #0 test: Error
ERROR
Error: Memory PI0db dbpci#0
Test was terminated (stop mode)
child process exited abnormally
