I have a scanner Logiq 400 Pro to connect the switch to turn on the equipment, a second and turns off. Nothing appears on the screen. However if you turn on and turn off many times, sometimes the scanner is turned on, but the image of the probe is not visible and the following error message:
Warning: AV Anormal.PCONT [HVHVLILG]
Besides this, when I disconnect the power plug, the console is lit like a flash.
I appreciate any help or suggestions to solve the problem.
Dear alfredo
Your system have a power supply problem
You need to check 12v and 5 v power supply
And your Hv power supply
Check them first and do not power on and off to avoid mother board failure
BR
First of all thanks for your answer . I was checking in CONN1 the R46 and R47 resistors and are not open. The current passes through them . Which gave me infinite are the pair who will each jumper where the probes ( R48 - R49 and R65 - R66 ) to J2 and J3 are connected. Although these measures did not bring the strengths of the board , so it may not be checking the fine. But measuring continuity with the multimeter are the only ones not give me continuity. Because not disconnect may give a false reading. My motherboard only has two probe connectors , you may change the classification for one that has the three .
I don't remember if L400 and L500 shares the same type of Front End, but it would be a good research, to remove, one at the time, the BF16-3 Beamformer Boards, and check if one of them is disturbing the power supply.
Dear friend I have a problem with the device sometimes when I open the power key shows two lines on the screen and stop then and sometimes the device is working but does not show the image of the scanner Probe .. And when you turn off the device and remove the jember arrived from the motherboard to the front panel works with me finish the machine And the link to the front panel works with me PROP scanner
Dear Alfredo,
This message is a little difficult because there is a lot of reasons to be seen in your screen.
First of all open the right side of the powersupply and check the two green leds. They should lit together then the one then the other then off.If not you have a hv voltage problem for sure. Then you should do what Mac told you to make sure the DCONN is ok.Also the problem might be from the BMRC A7 board because this board checks the voltages of the ultrasound. But since the ultrasound does not open and when it does you get this message you might have two problems and not one.Hope this will help you.
God Bless.
I checked the LED assy Pcont that comentabas me . In stand -by the two LED lights, then turn one and then the other, and so continuously . That means the HV power supply is working? thank you so much for your help
No this means that the HV gets power and that the pcont board is communicating. In the HV there is two power supply units. One for the 12V and one for the 5V.You have to check if they work correclty. If i remember correctly if the 5V is dead the ultrasound does not open.
I checked the two sources .The 5v working properly
Of +-12V :
-12V gives -11.98v ,
+ 12v gives 11,3v
Although not a very different value, of +-12V which is overheated , taking off the pads of the tracks of board in this site and leaving a black spot on top of the fountain. However current flows through them . Can this be the problem?
Since you told me that Logiq 400 does not boot up the first time but you have to turn it on and off several times before it begins to boot i think that the problem is with HV unit.
I changed the power supply of 12V DC in HV unit . Now the behavior of the scanner is very different , it looks worse. Now Pcont board LEDs blink very fast. Turn on the switch and the computer does nothing. If you unplug the electrical network equipment , it seems to try to light a second. If I disconnect the power connector unit HV ( 230v ) the power supply starts and tensions appear to be correct, but if I connect it starts blinking fast leds of Pcont and not turn the power supply if you turn to the switch. I appreciate any suggestions

My friend did you install the original or somethink else.If you haven t installed the original please check that you connected allright and that the power supply has enough amps to support the hv.Also i suggest that you should change the 5v as well.If you cant just remove the 5v and see if the lights work correct with only the 12v that you installed.

Hi, Alfredo!
Remove the Front Board (DCONN), and replace R46 and R47 resistors for 47 Ohms, 1/4 Watt.
You will check, original units are trending to infinity, almost an open circuit.
After this service, I believe scanner will respond properly.
Hope this helps, take care, God Bless.
Kind regards,
MAC.
