I have troubles with GE LIGHTSPEED, the system some times working with two hours and then this time the gantry down, on screen showme the message " Fallo com.exploraciC3n"
on log error I have many error code:
Host: ct99 Proc: Imagecreate Error: 200001830
File: ecommL_func.c Line: 107
IPC Failure caused by cuplpcConnect from imagecreate to ivDispalyRT
other:
Error: 260116316 file:1an_watchdog.c Line#:1017
Function: No system function reported
ScanType: None/Unknow Scan:0/0/0
Slip-Ring communication are Down Between Subsystem.
Some time we need to wait a 3 hours and the the system working again.
Other trouble is the date and time, today is 07/19/2016 Tuesday
but systen is other time and wednesday.

First to correct date from servic GUI shut down applications. Open a shell su - and #bigguy to login as root. type setdate and return it will give you instructions on the screen for the proper format to enter time.Do you have a service manual. you need to troubleshoot the sliprings. Tell me more specific what system and what software version you have.

I try to make warmup tube and gantry goes to down status,
this moment check the logerror.

do you have spart parts manual?

This is probably a GDAS you can adjust the power supply on the rotating side and your all good.. if it won't adjust anymore then you will need a new power supply.. adjustment will take about 10 minutes for the entire job

I need to buy other power suply because this is wrong.
somethink else, I replace battery on computer HP because the date and time not match with our clock, I did make the adjustment with console, this action was made yesterday but now I check the time but now is have a diference for 10 hours.
por example the clock es 13:00 but on system the clock is 23:00
how the procedure for put the time and date? or I have other trouble on my system

Please look for last date when gantry goes down and take all pics needed from error log, I can see what happen in global error data base.
