I have Picker PQ 2000 CT Scanner.The machine is working and warming up regularly.When I enter the ERP,following caution shows on the screen.
Error Code:1404
Because of this fault,we dont take any images.When I reloaded software,same problem continues.I checked all documents and I didnt find any solution.
Can you please give information regarding this problem
You are not making proper sense with your question. First you say that it is working properly. Then you say you have an error code 1404 (* which does not exist). Are you sure you are not getting an error 1004, which would not allow you to scan? A 1004 is a "small drives error", which is either the beam filter / compensator/ beam shutter / beam limiter, drives not positioning properly, or the related position sensor is bad.

such error is related to the spiral disk, not related to your artifact problem. Send me the images please
