F0D0A points to a total communication failure between the "controller"(located with the monitor) and the Scan Convertor. Could be lack of power to Scan Convertor (check round connectors on back of e-box) or comm path failure over the HPIB cable bus.

Error code F0D0A seen on seven segment display SONOS 1000 Echo and some time CF973.
