Hello, I’ve got the problem with Medison SA-8000ERX!
When I switch it on, after the loading OC, it’s write error massage
There is information about this error:
System Error
Please Powerdown System and Reboot
Error Code: 39
Can you help me please? What does this error means? And how to make it work properly?

I am the Medison service tech for western USA, i WILL BE GLAD TO HELP.
the error code you are getting is listed in the code list as
FPGA_DOWNLOAD_ERROR_RTC- DSC 39
It says DSC Board is the problem but I normally see those codes and it be something else such as hd/software or most time a 3d probe problem.
Do you have an external cd-r attached?
Try resetting all the boards, it is very common for one to come loose if you have moved it.
have you pulled all the boards but the pc and vm to see if it will boot?
also check power supply voltages.
Let me know the results.

I know this is an old post, but I found it and am having the same issue with our system. I noticed the voltage reading on the +12 and -12 are .50 instead and I have no HV readings at all they are at 0. Most likely power supply is the issue here but any info would be great. Thanks
