Long "ignition" time can be caused by problems with "Beam forming".
Open SCU-diag window (click on proper icon which is under application window). Then you can see a messages from SCU.
Check if you have messages begins with PT80,....
For example PT80,FFFD can be caused by timeout with proper thickness setup, PT80,FFFE - done by wrong compensator state during air calibration).
Beam unit is controlled by SCU and sometimes it is a problem with SCU, sometimes with Beam mechanics.
Check which messages you get and send me an info for diagnostics

The ignition sequence takes too many times and sometimes never ends. What is the problem? CPI? or RMS?
