Hello there,
If your iu22 system is able to connect the Laser Agfa Dry 5302, this means there are certain settings in the iu 22 system that need to look upon. You can try looking at the printer configuration from the iu22 system. See whether is there any unchecked settings (eg. Name, MRN numbers or Patient's name).
