I have a Sedecal Vet-Ray Premium Vet unit-SHF-310
we have to replace the computer we use with this system and now the unit is not communicating with the computer. Does it have some type of driver that might have been lost in the change out of computers or anyone have suggestions about how to fix this issue. Thank you for any help you could give me
Equipment such as this, which rely upon computers to serve as the control and analysis platform, require a specific software package that acts as an operating system for the medical device riding on top of the computers operating system. This is not usually a simple "driver".
I would suggest contacting the original manufacturer for guidance on how to migrate this software to the new computer. If this is not possible, you should consult an experienced computer or IT professional to try to do the migration for you.
