Hello friends
I have problems with Codonics images Horizon (Multi -Media GS)
Team begins well, but not finished making mechanical testing, moving roller plate and trays, again and again, then displays this error screen "Unable printer".
Note the Error Logs Engine and shows the following:
"Thu May 5 18:57:11 2016: ERROR:
Engine posted Initialize error.
Thu May 5 18:57:10 2016: ERROR:
Error 20 SUBCOMMAND failure,
BUSY state engine previous State
Hi i supposed that you checked the 7 voltages from the P.S. if yes ,clean the movements sensors with air compressed,your problem seems that the system can not reach the ººHome Positionºº ,`cause this. good luck.
