Carestream Image Suite 4 - RIS Setup

Trying to configure RIS on a Carestream Image Suite 4 Vita system, appreciate any help.
Tried to do this but the MWLSCU Server is rejecting incoming orders, the "Accession Number" is being read as the "Procedure Code".
Is the MWLSCU Server configured separately?
