I have lot problems with infusion pump BBraun FMS, compact... I need to calibrate and i dont know how? I need service plug, but BBraun dont sells...

What are the problems you are facing with the B.Braun Infusion pumps? I hope it is the B.Bruaun syringe pump you are taliking about. What is the error codes seen on the LCD and red LED display?
The problem i have is to calibarate the infusion pump BBraun FMS and syringe Compact and Compact S. I dont have access to service menu, i need service plug.
