i am unable to scan and machine gives
error in recon process(No response to real time reconstruction setting).
the HW test is fail for link port single as well as multi "testing board test fail:load kernel to slot 12"
fibre channel and data collect exerciser test are passed.
Your problem is likely to be the mars pcb in slot 12. move the booards around and see if the errors moves to the slot where the faulty board has been relocated.

Hello,
Did you check PIP PWB, FM PWB, Term PWB? You can test PIP PWB from CT manu.
