The display is writing the error 958
than it says that a film has stuck in the machine.
I have opened all and i could find anything.

Mr. Ardian, please check the photodiodes inside the printer, on the back of the chassis assembly. There are a few optical detectors that sometimes end dirty. Check a clean this, and if the problem persist, be free to contact me again.

thanks for advice, i tried that, but in the end it was a photo sensor that should be changed.
