AGFA NX Workstation

We are having CR30x , Drystar 5302, PC agfa NX2.0.8600.
first of all, when we start turnS on the systems
the green lamp of the drystar 5302 turn green (ok), CR30x (RED sometimes constant, sometimes flashing).
When start to open NX Viewer, we have an error 6201 as the attached images below

The ip connections for all the system are ok, we did ping from the pc for the two stations and were ok.

and what the Service Client user name and password?

please advice me what should I do, is the software damages or there are another thing we have to deal with
