What version and why?
There is no software other than updates.
You just configure the digitizer in NX, edit the cpf file to match your NX configuration settings. Copy the CPF to the digitizer and reboot.

What do you mean locked?
Sounds like a mechanical issue in plate or cassette handler.

Software won't fix this problem.
Your going to have to figure out what is causing the error.
Does nx see the digitizer? You can see this in configurator and test connection. Also raid tag reader cable can cause issues.

The locked screen normally means: you have entered a cassette with ID data not having the status 'erased'. You now have the choice, either cancel
erasing or erase the image plate.

First you sent me an email for the ccm tool which I sent you and told you that it only worked on windows xp x86. Now you are looking for the cr35 software. Sounds like you screwed with the cpf file and bricked the digitizer. And now you're hoping a software install will fix it and it won't.
If you didn't transfer the cpf file from the digitizer and edit that file with the ccm tool you are screwed unless you know how to create a new working cpf file with the ccm tool. You can get the necessary information from NX configurator to create the cpf file but you have to know what you are looking for and what you are doing.
If you get it wrong the digitizer will not connect with the nx workstation and nx will not connect to the digitizer.
You need both the digitizer ae title and nx ae title, ip address and ae, id ae title and ip address, fast id ae and ip address among other things.
