can you help me please this my problem
when I turn on the unit, there is a strong fan noise, after some munites on the screen we see the menu user maintenance tools and you see again in this same menu this word SYSTEM ERROR (0-0-1)

Pic2 board does not require third party service enabled so if you have pic1 and removed shield to boards you might reset system. Could be power supply too
there is a sensor for the board cover on the pic board that could be the problem. Also make sure your filters are not clogged up creating a quick heat issue.

Check the magnetic switch on the access cover that's on the right hand side. The madnet will be attached to a nylon screw

I had the exact problem about a month ago. It turned out to be the motherboard. Does the system have a PIC1 or PIC2?
