Hologic QDR 1000 Plus

Need help with a Hologic QDR 1000 Plus. I am getting the error ("Timeout: no 120Hz interrupts. This points out to the Timing and Control PCB.I have replaced all the boards on the unit including the computer and still get the same error.
Any help will be apreciatted.

Verify chopper pickoff sincronization
Check filter wheel pickoff
Check timing & control board and reseat

We appreciate your help Manuel. The problem was the x-ray tank. We just replaced it thanks to the fact that we have one unit for parts.
