I purchased 17 units of Surgiwand II 178083, fully aware that the items were expired, because I specifically needed that exact reference. The seller was clearly informed that the order would be shipped internationally via a freight forwarder. However, he sent a different reference (178092), which is useless for my needs. Now he’s demanding that I return the items to the U.S., even though expired products cannot re-enter the country. I lost my money, my time, and the materials. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I do not recommend doing business with this seller. I do NOT recommend this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not do business with this person. Attempted to buy item an item as listed $200/unit and when I tried to purchase he wanted $250 per unit. He did not correct his listing and had no interest in doing business with a motivated buyer. Look at other feedback and DO NOT buy from this person unless you are willing to be ripped off.

My last deal with Mr.Berrios was disastourous. The package i received,with his shipping label,number,and his name as sender, is wrong one,it containes clothes not ligasure devices. He refused to file claim by Fedex, and refused to authorize me to make claim. Finaly no reply to my mails.i suggested return of the package for refund of my money,but no reply He could claim refund from Fedex for wrong delivery,and refund me my paid money back, Be aware.
