I just purchased 30 HILL ROM Versa Care beds, Ann sold me different pictures that the ones she sent to me, and the beds I received besides being different were in a poor condition, some of them rusty. The mattresses were not the Versacare ones, and this company did not make take accountability for selling something different than the agreed deal. We usually do not leave these kind of reviews, but this deal was a key purchase for our business, and we were really affected by this transaction with AC Med, we just ask you to be careful before any transaction with this supplier. We are in the best disposition to fix this with AC Med, but right now we will leave this review until further notice.

Ann Cummins responded: First, despite my explanations, I do not think that Martin understands the secondary equipment market in this country. I did not misrepresent the product. I sent Martin the actual beds that came out of the hospital; the hospital sent me pictures and they stated that all were in service and working. There was over 100 beds and he needed only 30. He knew that I couldn't cherry pick through the beds especially when hospital labor is loading the beds; it's first come first serve on the dock. Second, the mattresses were all foam and used since the hospital destroyed the original Versa Care mattresses due to Covid. I specifically had to request whatever they had and they provided what was sent. This is not out of the ordinary and this was explained to Martin. Initially, the hospital didn't want to give me any mattresses at all. Third, Martin wanted to pay the lowest amount for the beds, stating that he usually pays about $250. As a result he stated that he wanted the newest beds. Again, I explained what was available and told him what he could expect to recieve, which were not new. The conditions could vary, which is par for course when selling beds in a large lot from a hospital. He should be aware of this. If he could get his beds so cheap and in great condition, why come to me with what I had? I sold him beds for a great price for what they were, as is and working, and there was no way to make sure that all the beds are in excellent condition. Again, I did not mis represent anything. At first, Martin was good to work with but he could never except my explanations for current market conditions that were beyond my control, which are generally understood by people in this business.
