WE purchased couple of months ago an Innova Tube that supposed to be never used, when we installed it on the machine it gave open filament error. every time we contacted him , he promised to refund the money and now he is not answering anymore.SO BE WARE DEALING WITH THIS PERSON AND SUCH COMPANY. We have all documents and photos supporting our claim. we will sue him in France. I think Dotmed should help in such cases especially that he is dotmed certified

The seller sold me a not working alcon laser promising me that it works and has also all the software features i asked for .The warranty was 3 months. After it arrived the laser got checked by the official alcon service, the machine was not working and had not the promised software with damages to the lens of the laser. I contacted the seller and he stopped replying in any shape or form since then. I contacted him repeatedly with no answer. Laser-Femto ALCON LenSx
