Phil is great to work with. And you don’t truly know how great a person is to work with until something goes wrong and they handle it on your behalf. Phil had thought he had secured a laser for me from another “reputable” reseller. They continued to give him the run around for weeks. Phil was demanding and adamant that they needed to be more forthcoming with information. In the end, he was able to quickly find another laser with better specs and warranty for me. I was impressed with his communication with me and his persistence to make me a happy customer. Thank you for all of your hard work Phil!!
