Paid Ashley Herschman (President of Absolute Med). Paid half in January 2023, agreed to pay second half when done. Delivered a faulty machine in February, they couldn't get it functioning. Delivery guys were continually confused. Over 2 months went by with nonfunctioning machine. Agreed upon date for new machine- April 10, or assured he's refund my payment. Asked for specs on new machine- these requests were ignored multiple times. Date -April 10- came and went, no response, didn't answer calls or texts. Came later that week without warning. Asked them to take back their nonfunctioning machine. 3 months of nonsense. Hasn't refunded. Disappointing and surreal.
