Company Statement: Marquis Medical is a PET & PET/CT service and parts provider. We offer our customers a cost effective alternative to OEM parts & service. In addition to parts & service, Marquis also offers turn-key system sales which all include a 1-year parts & labor warranty. Our inventory is maintained in our climate controlled warehouse located in Denham Springs, LA and consists of over 4,000 PET & PET/CT parts. Although Marquis Medical has been branded the "Siemens" PET & PET/CT experts, we have recently expanded our service capabilites to include General Electric PET & PET/CT systems.
Standard warranty terms?:60 days from date of shipment
Standard return policy?:20% restocking fee for return of non-defective parts
Standard acceptance policy?:Customer will have 48 hours from the time part order is receievd to accept or return a defective or non-defective part. If notification for a defective part is not receieved within the required 48 hours, then said part will be considered accepted by customer and customer will be responsible for any remaining payments due. A 20% restocking fee will apply for the return of any non-defective parts. Any parts arriving defective (DOA) will be covered by warranty terms with no addditonal cost to the customer.
