Founded in 2000, Tenacore Holdings, Inc. has grown from a medical products distributor to a full-service repair, manufacturing and distribution firm - and one of the top privately held companies in Orange County, Calif.

Tenacore is a premier manufacturer of OEM-compatible SpO2 products, TOCO transducers, ultrasound transducers and O2 blender kits in addition to new O2 blenders and wall suction regulators. With on-site injection molding machines, muti-axis/multi-tool screw machines and ISO 7 clean rooms, Tenacore also provides contract manufacturing services.

On the service side, Tenacore has six repair centers for the repairs of SPO2 products, fetal transducers, O2 blenders, wall suction regulators, clinical measurements, telemetry transmitters, bedside monitors, ECG/EKG cables, infusion/syringe pumps and flexible/rigid endoscopes.

Tenacore is ISO 13485 certified, CE marked (for O2 blenders and fetal transducers), registered by the FDA and by the State of California Food and Drug Branch as a medical device manufacturer, and holds its own 510(k) approvals for relevant products.

The standard warranty period for new OEM-compatible SpO2 products, fetal transducers and ECG/EKG cables is 1 year from date of product shipment. The warranty period for component parts is 30 days.

Returns accepted up to 6 months from receipt with a 20% restock fee.

All products are tested to OEM specifications for functionality and condition prior to sale. Buyers have 6 months to return product in original condition for credit, and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
