A restock fee will be included for non-defective parts

DOA parts must be returned within 5 days of the original shipment date and must be received back within 5 days of the reported defect.

Parts that fail under warranty must be returned inside the warranty period and within 5 days of the reported defect. Warranty parts received back 20 days outside of the warranty period from the original shipment date will be subject to 50% restocking fee.

Returns for restock must be returned and received back within 20 days of the shipment date. Unopened returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and opened returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
