30 days for used/Refurbished items. 90 days for New parts/items from the date of receipt. Parts will be exchanged for like item or refund will be given. Warranty does not cover abuse, Improper installation.

Returns other than DOA/Warranty: 20% restocking fee for returns other than DOA/Warranty Returns.

Exchange parts : Must be compleated and not physically damaged, burned or electric arching and must be OEM items, received in advance for all international exchange sales and within 10 business days for all domestic sales from the original ship date otherwise will be subject to outright price.
All shipping costs, Duties, and taxes for sales/exchanges/returns will be paid by the buyer.

Unused items: Items Returned with authorization from us and un-used without defects, in original box may be subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Un-used Non defective returns for credit, must reach and physically be in our office within
10 Business days of original Ship date.

We accept Bank wire Transfers, Company Checks, Major credit cards including American Express, Pay Pal. All Bank wire transfer fees incurred at customer's bank, is payable extra by the customer. Shipping is extra and is not included in the price.
