30 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. Returns Policy: Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will also be covered. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative, who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
