Kodak 8900 laser dryview

Hi
I have a kodak laser dry view 8900
Everything is ok, hardware and software and there are no errors and it is getting ready after warming .
The calibration for all sizes of films is printed ok
The proplem is when i print an image from CR kodak classic, it can be printed only on one size 35'35 but it can't printed on the other sizes (20'25 -25'30 ) and the result of printing is a clear film
Please can you help me to solve this issue
