BV Pulsera Mobile C-arm doesn´t get ready message M326
June 10, 2026 12:39
Hello, dear members of forum.
I have a Philips Pulsera Mobile C-arm system. Recently, I have been facing up some error codes. It is M326 and M050. After checking it, I found the fan in ESU unit stuck. It was already replaced, but equipment is not working yet.
The whole battery set was recently replaced, but after a 24-hours charging cicle, battery voltage is just +339 Vdc. I know that it should be +360 Vdc. Could someone help me to solve out this issue? I´ll really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for replying, Leon.
No.
I have already checked all connections between all batteries, besides that, battery voltage was checked one by one, measured voltage is +12.89 Vdc to +13.01 Vdc on each when the equipmente is OFF. Equipment was working ok for one week with all neww batteries.
Have any other suggestion?
Regards

Please Open the charger and set the charging voltage to 365V with the Potentiometer. Check the internal resistance of every lead battery, they should be all from one producing charge with identical internal resistance. Best regards Holger

Hi, Holger.
Thanks a lot for replying.
Let me tell you, the maker of ESU unit is Gilardoni.
I tried to adjust voltage from +339V to +360V with R215, but not success, the voltage value didn´t change. Measuring points were J11, J12 battery connections, equipment turned ON.
How can I check the internal resistance of every battery?
Best regards!

hi Anyfe, you need introduce the new battery in the system configuration to recognize the new battery, but you need to do this with a service software and password.

Thanks a lot for answering, Ricardo.
If the system don´t recognize a new battery set, could that be the cause of M326 error or not battery voltage increasing?
Regards

yes because the system recognize the old battery, if you don't change the new battery you have the error. I don't can hep you with the sw.. I don't have.
I had the same problem.

R215 is correct to adjust the charge voltage to 360-365V (system on, without x-ray), in use the battery-voltage should be over 330V, if not, Error 326 or 397 come, then one ore more batterys have too much internal resistant. We check internal resistant with DUOYI DY223, each lead battery must have about 0,030 Ohms (30mOhms)

Good morning again. Then there must be an issue with a bundle from the charger board, going to wherever it goes. Check those two. We are doing that now as well with a new battery set from Gilardoni, and tracing every bundle and fuse in the process

Actually, I found the fan in charger unit damaged. It was already replaced but system keeps M326 error yet. Every bundle and battery was checked, as connections too, fuses are ok...everything on ESU unit seems to be ok.

Hello, Ricardo.
Yes, I´m sure. M326 error. All connections to and from ESU unit were already checked. How can I check SHA4 board?
Thanks a lot for replying.

you might have a disconnected cable within the battery wiring set. Recheck all the connections there, and from the charger board as well
