Hi, I have a 2010 Lunar Prodigy with a PC running Encore 13.6. I recently purchased installation DVDs for Encore 18 - how can I obtain the feature codes needed for installation. The feature codes that came with the Encore 13 CDs won't work. Thank you! Darius
Did you purchase v18 from GE? The feature codes and System IDs are machine and software version specific. If you purchased v18 disks from a third party it is not legal for them to provide any feature codes that do not match your System ID and version of Encore.
