The information contained in this listing is subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Primis Medical shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

Primis Medical will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, Primis Medical or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:

* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;

* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales of medical devices, you should consult with Health Canada, the FDA or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the item is to be used.

Shipping/Pickup:

Collection/shipment of items within 5 business days of auction closing please! After which, uncollected items will be considered abandoned and no refunds given. If you cannot meet removal requirements, please refrain from bidding.

Buyer is responsible to arrange shipping.

Equipment will not be released without proof of payment in full.
