Tell me about your favorite charity

We are coming up on the end of the year. Some of us are going to look for places where we can make charitable donations where it does the most good.
Please write to me and tell me about your favorite charity, why you favor it and how you think it helps people.

Between now and the beginning of December, we will write a story about some charities that may be worthy in case our readers want to donate.

DOTmed does its best to help clinics around the world and we frequently send donated equipment abroad and sometimes send to facilities in need right here in the U.S. If you know of worthy recipients, please let us know.

I am keeping this short and sweet because the message is not that complicated. You can either email me directly or make a posting below.

About Phil Jacobus

Phil Jacobus has been involved in health care since 1977, when he visited China to sell equipment. He has done business in 35 countries and still travels extensively. Phil is active in charity, helps rural clinics and always tries to help DOTmed users when he can.

Phil is a member of AHRA, HFMA, AAMI and the Cryogenic Society of America. He has contributed to a number of magazines and journals and has addressed trade groups.

Phil's proudest achievement is that he has been happily married to his wife Barbara since 1989, who helped him found DOTmed in 1998.
