Her partner Roberto harrassed and called us many times (his record is calling us 17 times in 20 minutes) due to poor reviews online. The reviews were due to broken equipment being sold to us as well as her company representatives being banned from entering our customer's facility because of their lack of professionalism. We are still owed money from them and have broken equipment they sold us taking up space in our warehouse. Her company cost us a lot of money due to buying replacements and more importantly cost us our reputation with our customer. I will never do business with this company again and we advise others to avoid them at all costs.
Mariela Rodriguez responded: All this happened because you bought us 3 Marco v5 slit lamp with HS tonometer x 3500 each for your client and we installed them and your client signed that everything was fine, then your client did not want them and wanted to exchange them for Haag Streit BM900 Slit lamp. We can not make that change since the HS slit lamp value is higher than the frames v5 slit lamp. And then the three Marcos Slit lamp started giving him trouble at the same time. It is not believable. we all have the proof that a cold employee and his client the Doctor reviewed all the equipment that was installed in that office in good condition.

Purchased unit from this company, they stated unit was in working order with new hard drive and power supply, both hard-drive and power supply were not new as they were factory stamped with the date of manufacturing. Unless you know how to fix the units yourself would not recommend purchasing from them.
Mariela Rodriguez responded: You bought this equipment from us in good condition but when you recived it opened the equipment without contacting us first and then you told us that you wanted to refund partial money for a repair but never wanted to return it for a repair from our technicians. It is not honest on your part, you had to contact us first of the problem before opened the equipment.
