Medspares.com is a low cost provider to the spare parts market, Its important to understand that the parts you order and receive are not brand new. These parts have been carfully aquired and stripped down from fully functioning systems. The parts are handled using correct safe practices by following ESD safety guidelines, they are then inspected and then stocked. The spare parts you receive left our facility as working spare parts, if handled and installed correctly then no problems should arise. If you notice any damage to the shipping box please report to us immediatly and to the shipping company. Do not accept boxes from a shipper with any shipping damage. Medspares offers first scan warranty on our spare parts, except PCB's & Circuit Boards, this is due to the fact that we have no control over how these are handled once they reach our customers. Medspares includes documentation inside the box for all PCB & Circults boards describling the safe handling procedure.

Medspares.com will make a refund as long as the terms of sale have been met. Medspares gives a 7 day policy for notification of defective parts.
