Stanley Healthcare announced the release of its new InnerSpace supply and procedure cart system that delivers operational supply chain efficiencies and helps enhance quality at the point of care. The 7000 Series supply and procedure cart system offers a modular design and a broad set of accessory options. In addition, the 7000 Series is engineered to support safety with its ultra-hygienic crevice-free design and integrated seams for better infection control, a choice of secure key, keypad, or proximity card locking systems and compatibility with pharmacy and exchange tray systems.


Aplio 500 and Aplio 300
Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. recently introduced the Aplio 500 and Aplio 300 CV ultrasound systems. Both the Aplio 500 and 300 CV feature Toshiba's 2-D Wall Motion Tracking technology, which provides visualization and quantitative analysis of myocardial wall. With on-board cardiac quantification measurements in all directions (radial, circumferential, 2D rotation, and longitudinal), the Aplio CV systems are designed to get comprehensive information right at the patient's bedside. Additional cardiac-specific technologies include Tissue Enhancement, Advanced Dynamic Flow, Lateral Gain Controls, Tissue Doppler, Stress Echo, Flex-M Mode, and Auto IMT.


Intra-oral sensors
Teledyne DALSA, a Teledyne Technologies company, recently showcased its latest advancements in X-ray sensors and detectors covering all dental imaging modalities at the 35th International Dental Show. The all new Vera family of intra-oral dental X-rays offers high image quality and reliability, fast readout and reliable X-ray detection. The Vera sensors implement Teledyne DALSA's direct chip-to-USB2.0 interface and feature Windows-certified drivers and an easy-to-use SDK. Vera is available exclusively to dental equipment OEMs with both Cesium Iodide (CsI) and Gadolinium Oxysulfide (GdOS) scintillators.
