In this video we give a general overview of the Nikon TE300 Inverted Fluorescence Phase Contrast Microscope.
We first show the entire system powered on, showing the camera, laptop, microscope and both power supplies.
After this view, we show the software version and confirm camera connection and communication on the laptop screen.
After showing the slide image on screen, we move to the Nikon TE300 Inverted Fluorescence Phase Contrast Microscope and give an overview of some of the mechanical controls and it's included accessories.
Then we show mechanical adjustments verified using the image feed from the camera via the Amscope software.
