This Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and fully working.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally by our technician under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Testing we performed:
The Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested Halogen Power Source from Nikon D-PS control box/ Lamp supply
Tested Nikon C-HGFl Fluorescence lamp source/ Lamp
Tested Control of Motorized stage to limits
Tested Motorized Focal Adjustment
Tested Connection between microscope camera and computer
Tested Live Feed on Computer
Tested Iris Adjustment
Tested all buttons and controls to be working fully.
Tested Full Microscope control through Laptop/MicroManager software
Tested Brightfield and Fluorescence light paths and shutters
Tested all Motorized components Including: Filter Cube Turret, Objective Turret, Condenser, Z-axis, XY stage, Fluorescence shutter, light path switching and Aperture.
During testing this microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Phase Contrast and Fluorescence Studies.
The AmScope MU300 CMOS digital camera is capable of taking detailed digital images.
This Olympus system includes a Dell i5 Laptop running Windows 7 with AmScope software and MicroManager software.
This computer controls all motorized aspects of the Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope.
With the included 4,10,and 20x objectives combined with the 10x eyepieces, the total magnification is 200x.
The video starts off with a full view of the entire Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope and all included parts.
The camera pans around the entire Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope bringing into focus all aspects possible.
The Prior control pad is used to move around the stage this being shown on the live feed to the computer.
The Motorized Z-axis focus adjustment is then used to move the sample in and out of focus. The objective is then switched using the microscope base.
The Motorized Light path is switched from the front to the rear camera port. The Fluorescence shutters are opened, first the manual on and then the motorized one.
The fluorescence filter cubes are rotated into place using the microscope base. The shutters are closed and the halogen lamp is turned back on.
The Laptop is then used with the MicroManager software to control the motorized components of the Nikon 90i Motorized Microscope.
