* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.
The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. Shipping/Pickup:
Collection/shipment of items within 10 business days of auction closing please! After which, uncollected items will be considered abandoned and no refunds given. If you cannot meet removal requirements, please refrain from bidding.
MED Packaging Flat Rate per UPS insurance requirements for packaging: flat rate optional inhouse charges are for the following box size or smaller:
12x12x10 - $15
20x20x12 - $20
24x24x18 - $40
Larger boxes or any customization can be quoted on request.
Freight- optional onsite palletization
Flat rate cost to palletize an item, which includes: bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and pallet strapping without any further customization for a 48x40x40 standard pallet is $200.
Additional customization may be quoted on request, such as larger pallets, multi-item palletizing, etc.
Many items are recommended to ship by a Van Lines carrier, instead of freight. If you would like MED to wrap and protect the item(s) for this, Contact Us and we can provide a reasonable, custom quote based on the extent of work and materials needed, such as bubble wrap, cardboard sheets, shrink wrap, and boxes.
