We are attempting to do a EZMove and the USB removable media (which is being put in the port in the front of the machine about the CD drive) is not working.
It does recognize it to the point where it sees media in the USB port. However, we can not format it with the machine. We have tried a flash drive and a USB hard drive (that is self powered). We have tried devices that are FAT32 or NTFS and neither have worked.
What are the requirements of removable media for this machine? Why would it not be working?

Are you sure there is proper supply to the front end of usb ?
Better use the back side of the machine directly to the motherboard .

better to use only SATA DRIVE, mostly internal drive fails long run machines. USB Drive not accept all the time
