Troy Johnson of Allure Aesthetics

I have had a horrible experience with Troy Johnson.. I paid 55,000 for a Palomar Icon Laser and I feel "ripped off". He sent the wrong laser and then finally the corrected laser, but incomplete. It was "dropped shipped" and not checked out for proper working condition. Two of four hand pieces are broken. I have a repair bill of $13,000 and missing hand piece that I am trying to get.Does anyone have experience with this person and any advice. Miguel Delgado, MD Plastic Surgeon in San Francisco.

Did you finally get your laser from Troy?
I was just ripped off for 18 K with Troy Johnson. He took my laser( 12/2016) with plan to replace it in few days but never did! usual excuses! he is a FRAUD!
Did you hire attorney to deal with this? I am in process of hiring an attorney and wanted to know what helped to get him to respond.

Please let me know.
Thanks,

As of September 15, 2017, the situation with Allure Aesthetics has been resolved. We are happy to say that a refund has been made to us in the amount of $15, 000 which was the full amount of deposit paid to Allure Aesthetics last May. To their credit, Melissa and Troy Johnson seem to be making an effort to clean up their business practices.
