He agreed to sell me a USED MEDTRONIC NIM 3.0 PULSE for approximately $6,500 USD. This was advertised on DOTMED, EBAY, etc.
We agreed to split the difference between what cost and what my buyer was paying me. I also had another buyer for the MEDTRONIC NIM SPINAL 3.0 and we agreed to do the same deal.
Simon agreed to both these deals, and I proceeded to close my buyers, and get funds sent.
I had a buyer in South America who wired the money, this was time consuming and costly.(Brazil-as you know) Upon me receiving the funds and I was actually in the process of wiring Simon these funds, and he informed me "that the unit was sold" Shortly thereafter I arranged the $10k+ deal (was being financed by buyer) Simon then informed me "that also this unit was sold"
I had to refund all monies, and on the Brazil transfer, I had to refund my customer $300 bank fees/taxes, and furthermore sell him another unit at a much reduced price to retain my honest credibility. I NOTE THAT SIMON still has these two units for sale. This was many months ago.
He lied to me about other items, and I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH FRANCIS SIMON. I have been in medical equipment business for 30 years+

I have never tried to purchase anything from Mr. Simon but we have sold to him a few time over the past 3 months and every time went well. Quick, to the point conversations followed by fast payment. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.
