Do not deal with David Pac or his brother Mathew GMB Put down a deposit on a trailer which my customer inspected and did not like. I told David the deal was dead and to return my customers deposit he told me he was not returning our deposit and basically to get lost. GMB lost a good customer over this David has not returned our deposit since 6 months ago. We will see Mr Pac in small claims court don't do business with.
David Pac responded: Dave, I will keep this response simple. The bottom line is the contract you agreed to and signed clearly states ", “Buyer will, within one business day after inspection, notify Seller, in writing, of whether to purchase or reject the equipment. If Buyer accepts the equipment for purchase, or if the seller is not notified that the equipment has been rejected within one day of the inspection, the deposit becomes non-refundable.” If you can provide any documentation that you complied with the terms of the contract, I will wire you the deposit immediately. If not, I respectfully request that you retract your post. FYI: You need to check your facts as this was a deal from June 2017, not six months ago.
