Rich Greb has joined Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. (SMTI) as Director of Logistics. "He is well known throughout the industry and respected as a man of integrity," president and CEO of SMTI, Tommy Geske said of Greb. "We're quite excited to have him join our team."

Greb has been with SMTI for the past several months, with the official announcement just recently released.

Greb has worked in the medical industry since the early 1990s, most recently in management systems at Aramark Healthcare. He received an MBA from Eastern Washington University and has a background in aerospace and medical technology. Greb is not exactly a newcomer to Sunrise Medical Technology. "I have worked with these people before and I feel as though there is a lot of potential with Sunrise," he said. "It's an excellent, energetic company looking to grow."

As Director of Logistics, Greb will be integral to that growth in the future. He will be working with inventory and running a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled warehouse facility. Over the next five years, Greb will focus on increasing parts sales and enhancing warehouse technologies.

Greb will be keeping track of parts for imaging equipment including high-end MRI and CT, from GE and Siemens as well as systems by Picker, Toshiba, Hitachi, and Philips. Sunrise Medical Technology Inc. (SMTI), Waxahachie, Texas, is an independent service organization (ISO) that's been in operation since 1996. SMTI has grown from a local CT and MRI service company into a total equipment management service company for healthcare facilities across the United States and internationally.
