Dan Mickool has recently joined Medical Equipment Dynamics, Inc., New Bedford, MA, as Sales Director.

"Dan is a seasoned sales veteran and a very highly regarded asset to MED," said Garret Purrington, President of the two-year-old company.

Mickool has spent a career in business and sales including a background as a yacht and new boat broker and as a financial adviser.

"Medical equipment is a very exciting market," he said of his new calling. "It's a neat business and we are finding our niche for our customers. At the moment we are growing and establishing our credibility for quick response, accurate delivery and standing behind the product to make sure the customer is happy. We sell everything new and used and if we don't have it we go out and find it."

MED sells a diversity of medical equipment including anesthesia machines, autoclaves, EKG machines, stress test systems, imaging and other technologies to hospitals, surgery centers, cardiologists, clinics, and other health care providers. The company is a DOTmed 100 company and DOTmed Certified Parts Vendor.
